Pat was one of the loveliest people I have ever known. She and I shared knitting projects over many years-- I designed sweaters and she knitted them for me. She also worked on projects for books that I wrote. She was an excellent knitter with a very active and curious mind that made her extra special to work with. We also shared a love of dogs. With her years of dog ownership she was a storehouse of information and a great help. She was warm, generous and kind. Rest in peace, dear Pat. You were one of a kind.... xoxo
