Lewis T. Quattrucci, Jr.

Lewis T. Quattrucci Jr., 42, a lifelong resident of East Providence, passed away peacefully at home on December 14, 2020.

Lewis graduated from East Providence High School and went on to achieve a certification in business courses at Northeastern University. He also worked side by side with his father at Lew’s Auto Body. He later worked very hard to accomplish his dream of opening a small business, of which he had several.

Despite coping with his own medical treatment, Lewis spent many hours comforting and consoling others who had serious illnesses. He was passionate about healthy eating and exercise. Nothing made him happier than sharing his knowledge with all who would listen. When he wasn’t working, he enjoyed the company of his many friends and having dinner at great restaurants with his Dad. Taking his dog and constant companion Enzo for his favorite car rides was always a priority.

Lewis was the son of Lewis T. Quattrucci Sr. and his late wife Mary Quattrucci. He is survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a memorial service will be held at a later date. Visitation and funeral service are respectfully private. In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation to St. Jude’s Hospital or The Jimmy Fund would be greatly appreciated.

Condolences and memories can be expressed at www.perrymcstay.com.

"The loss of someone dear to us is never easy..especially a child..no matter their age... I hope all the cherished memories that you have of your brave Son..Lewie..brings you some light during this dark time..as i know to well...nothing i can say can ease your pain...the last time i did see Lewie..he was still challenging his disease.....I told him that I prayed for him every night and remember the warm hug he gave me..Lewie was a warrior with his illness...i felt a strong bond with him and so very sad he is gone and the pain you are feeling..and as you know..i truly can say that...there is a Bible Verse that says....To be absent from the Body is to be Present with the Lord....RIP Lewie..You will never be forgotten. When you smiled..You brightened my day....LewieSr..You were a Wonderful Dad to Lewie...He was Wise.Intelligent..and ask him a question...he would reply in depth..I will continue praying for Lewie and You too..Lewie sr. ..as i know to well the void that is left especially when a Child passes..no matter their age... My Sincere deepest condolences."

Lew my brother, I will miss you dearly. We spent so many countless hours at your shop getting cars done and bikes. I remember that day I missed work because we had to spend 9 hours doing the lights on my bike. Great times drinking and partying. Thank you for teaching me everything you know. And thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you gave me this year. I’ll never forget you. Love you bro. Rest Easy.
