Francisco J. Botelho

Francisco J. Botelho, 74, of Cranston, passed away on Monday, July 12, 2021 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center.

Born in Ponta Delgada, Sao Miguel, Azores he was the son of the late Francisco and Conceicao (Alves) Botelho.  Mr. Botelho worked for the Leviton Manufacturing Company before he retired.

He leaves four children, Nelia Bessette of Cranston, Elizabeth Botelho of Johnston, Marco Botelho and Pedro Botelho both of Warwick, seven grandchildren, Macayla Botelho, CJ Bessette, Mathew Botelho, Marco Botelho, Jr., Alexia Bessette, Haelly Botelho and PJ Botelho, five sisters, Valdemira Carramao, Conceicao Alves, Guilhemina Sousa, Silvana Civitelli and Carmen Rodriguez and many nieces and nephews.

His funeral and visitation will be held on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 8:00 AM from the PERRY-McSTAY FUNERAL HOME, 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Traverse Street, Providence. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
