What an remarkable woman. I admired how she would speak her mind when ever and to whom ever she wanted to. She held nothing back. She had unconditional love for all of her children. There was nothing she wouldn't do for her kids. She would give the shirt off of her back to help someone she loved. I am so fortunate and proud to know such a kind woman for over 31+ years. Thank you Mama Rose you will be always missed but never forgotten. May God bless your entire family and friends. Luv u all.

Although I only met her once maybe twice I have a very vivid memory of her. It was 1983 I was in her kitchen sitting at the table when she asked if I would like a bowl of soup. She then proceeded to serve me the most fantastic Homemade Portuguese Soup I have ever tasted. The memory of that soup and her were so strong that one of the first things out of my mouth after reconnecting with Jennie some thirty years later was about her Mom's Soup....Be Cool Be Strong Go Slow and Roll On...
