To paraphrase a Steve-ism, he will be missed “like We The People”.  Steve leaves his girlfriend of more than 16 years, Anne Dillon Haynes of East Providence, his daughter Stephanie Rae Salgueiro of East Providence; his parents Mary and Raymond A. Salgueiro; his siblings Cynthia Jewett and her husband William of Rehoboth and Cheryl Salgueiro of East Providence; his nieces Michelle Salgueiro of Boston, MA and Juanita Anthony of Rehoboth; the mother of his daughter, Holly Salgueiro, Rehoboth and former spouse Lois E. Bailey, East Providence.
