Veronica H. Beaulieu, 93 of Cornell Avenue sailed into the sunset surrounded by her children January 18, 2017. She was the wife of the late Maurice W. Beaulieu. Born in Pawtucket she was a daughter of the late James and Sarah (McNulty) Cherry. She was employed by Hasbro, and volunteered for the Red Cross. She enjoyed bowling, and making puzzles. Veronica is survived by six children Sharon Rankin of Florida, Barbara Cohen of Vermont, Veronica Perry of Vermont, Alicia Vangeli of Rumford, Maurice D. Beaulieu of Johnston and Bruce Beaulieu of Pawtucket, seven grandchildren, and five great – grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Patricia Lincoln, grandmother of the late Dale Vangeli and Matthew Beaulieu, and sister of the late Mary Grezit, Eileen Land, Alice Snow, Hazel Audette, James Cherry Jr. Edward Cherry, Joseph Cherry, George Cherry, Theresa Nacci, Jane Langlois, and Harold Cherry Her funeral will be held on Friday at 9 AM from the PERRY-McSTAY FUNERAL HOME 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Margaret’s Church, Pawtucket Avenue, Rumford. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Calling hours Thursday 4-8 PM.
