Richard Williams

Richard Williams, 90, passed away on Monday, May 18, 2020 at the Steere House in Providence.

Born in Johnsonville, South Carolina, he was a son of the late James Williams and the late Alvereen (Brown) Cockfield.

Mr. Williams had a passion for fishing. He enjoyed riding his bike and loved spending time with his family.

Besides his wife Mary Lee Williams he leaves six daughters, Mary Johnson, Sarah Jones, Odessa Solola, Rebecca Jones, Christine and Thomasine Williams, two sons, Billy and Richard Williams, one sister, Frances Hickson, eleven grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was the grandfather of the late Gregory Williams and brother of the late Alma Dickson, Marybelle Wilson, Luther, James, John and Elijah Williams.

His funeral services will be private.
