Mary D. Felix, 96 of Tenth Street passed away on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Waterview Villa. She was the wife of the late Manuel T. Felix. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Antonio and Mary (Santos) Costa. Mrs. Felix was a communicant of St. Francis Xavier Church and a member of the Rosary & Altar Sodality. She leaves two daughters, Carolyn M. Cote and her partner Dennis Carlson of East Providence, Olivia M. Marcello and her husband Julian of Cranston, one son, Manuel T. Felix, Jr. and his wife Linda of Spring Hill, Florida, eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. She was the grandmother of the late Desiree Marcello and sister of the late Manuel Pavao and Antonio Costa. Her funeral will be held on Wednesday at 8:00 AM from the PERRY-McSTAY FUNERAL HOME, 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 AM in St. Francis Xavier Church, North Carpenter Street, East Providence. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Calling hours Tuesday 5-8.
