Kenneth O. Court 75 of Wakefield died Saturday April 12, 2014 after a four year battle with Multiple Myeloma. He was the husband of Jacqueline P. (Stewart) Court to whom he was married for 50 years. Raised in East Providence he was a son of the late Adelino M. and Virginia “Babe” (Hazard) Court. Besides his wife he leaves two sons, Kenneth M. Court and his wife Julie, John Court, one granddaughter, Jessica Ann Court and aunts and cousins. He was the brother of the late Carl Roger Court. Ken was the owner and captain of the “Jackie Sea” sport fishing charters and served on the advisory board of the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission for fluke, scup and sea bass. In addition to fishing he was an avid photographer. Ken was an industrial arts teacher and assistant wrestling coach at Warwick Vets High School and head wrestling coach at Tollgate High School, before retirement. Ken was also a past illustrious potentate of the King Solomon Masonic Lodge #5 FBAM. His funeral and visitation will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM with a service to follow at 1:00 PM in the PERRY-MCSTAY FUNERAL HOME 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence. Burial will be private.
