Joan F. (Curtis) DeMoranville 77 of North Providence passed away Thursday June 18, 2015 at home. She was the daughter of the late George and Mildred (Bramble) Curtis. Joan was a Phlebotomist at Woman & Infant Hospital, a member of the Da Vinci Center, an avid bingo player and she loved history. She is survived by her four children Robert DeMoranville of Chepatchet, Cheryl Geremia her husband Robert of Seekonk, Michael DeMoranville his wife Laurie of West Greenwich, Joseph DeMoranville of Princeton, MA, three sisters Carolyn Lewis of Smithfield, Charlotte Richardson of Warwick, Dorothy Mayette of West Warwick, and her grandchildren Robert, Sarah, Jennifer, Kristine, Rachel, Joseph, and Lauren. She was the mother of the late Maureen DeMoranville and grandmother of the late Lindsey. Calling hours for Joan will be held on Thursday June 25, 2015 from 10:30 – 11:30 AM in the PERRY-MCSTAY FUNERAL HOME 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence, followed by a service at 12 PM in Seekonk Congregational Church, Fall River Avenue, Seekonk.
