So sorry to hear about Frank’s passing. My memories of Frank go back to the Rangers drum and bugle corp when he took over our marching and maneuvering in 1974. That year we won the class B championship. From there he convinced my parents to let me join the Matadors and told them he would take me under his wing, l was 15. Frank made me his rookie and allowed me to shine his shoes and care for his uniform, l was honored. That was one of my fondest summer’s. Rest in peace my hero, D.J.

Shirley, Frankie & Lisa I am so saddened to hear of Franks passing. Frank was a gentle giant. I know how much he loved all of you. Family was everything to Frank!! EVERYTHING! I truly believe Frank is in a better place. No more sitting in the DAMN WHEELCHAIR! No more NOT understanding COVID and why it was keeping his friends away. God Bless all of you!!! Cindy
