Dear cousin Shirley, Frank Jr, Lisa, we are so sorry to hear of Franks passing. I have fond memories of Frank and the Matadors thundering down Weybosset St., and his collection of fish aquarians. May you all find healing in the many good memories you shared as a family. Peace and blessings, we are praying for the family.
