Jo Anne - we met briefly at the 55th East Providence High School Reunion and I am so sorry for your loss. Frank will always be remembered by his football colleagues as a giant with a warm, gentle personality. At the 55th class reunion, I reminded Frank that he once stepped on my right arm with his size 17 football cleats during football practice. Of course, Frank was so sorry and I did recover but we always laughed about it in school. He had many friends in school and will be missed.
So sorry for your loss. May he rest in peace.

Frank was one of the greatest. A true US Marine through and through. Nothing was more fun than the back and forths Frank and I would have... him having been a Marine and me having been an MP in the Army. But we shared mutual respect for each other... having both served this great country.
Frank, you will be missed. I know you are in a better place and endlessly playing fetch with Goliath!
We love you!
