Edward A. Rogers, 73, of Anthony Street, Seekonk died Friday February 20, 2015 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Beverly (Carlson) Rogers. Born in Providence he was a son of the late Antone and Eleanor J. (Rourke) Rogers. Mr. Rogers was a Navy Veteran. He worked for UPS as a truck driver for 34 years before retiring and was a member of the Local Teamsters 251. Besides his wife he leaves one daughter, Sara Cinquini of Tiverton, one son, David Rogers of Arkansas, three grandchildren, Christina Rogers, Nico Rogers, Toni Mayhill and one sister, Janet M. O’ Grady. A memorial service will be held on Saturday February 28, 2015 at 10:00 AM in Seekonk Congregational Church, 600 Fall River Avenue, Seekonk. Burial will be private.
