Ann Marie Blouin, 75, of Mason Street, Warren, passed away Thursday February 8, 2018 at the Rhode Island Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Donald R. Blouin, Sr. Born in Warren, she was a daughter of the late John and Victoria (Pagano) Costa, Sr. Mrs. Blouin enjoyed spending time with her family, especially with all of her grandchildren. She leaves three daughters, Deborah Sylvester and her husband Timothy, Laurie Blouin and her partner Andrea Wasielewski and Jennifer Martin-Malone and her companion Joseph Borges all of Warren, one son, Donald R. Blouin, Jr. and his husband Patrick Aiken of West Greenwich, five grandchildren, Christopher and Andrew Sylvester, Patrick and Victoria Martin-Malone and Elizabeth Borges, three great grandchildren, Nyla Martin-Malone, Christopher Borges and Aria Sylvester, one sister, Rita Galinelli, one brother, John Costa, Jr. and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday February 13, 2018 at 10:00 AM in Saint Mary of the Bay Church, Warren. Burial will be in Saint Mary of the Bay Cemetery, Calling hours respectfully omitted.

Dear Donald, I was so sorry to come across this listing for your Mom. I know you always took such good care of her and loved her very much. Its never easy to loose your Mom, they are very special.
