Analia M. Aguiar

Analia M. Aguiar, 82, of East Providence, passed away on Monday, July 20, 2020 at her home. She was the wife of Francisco S. Aguiar.

Born in Vila Nova, Terceira, Azores, she was a daughter of the late Manuel J. and Maria B. (De Meneses) Violante. Mrs. Aguiar worked as a mender for Atlas Chain Company for many years. She was a kind and loving mother who enjoyed spending time with her family.

Besides her husband she leaves, two daughters, Maria F. Lima and her husband Tony of Bristol, Ana M. Medeiros of Seekonk, one son, Frank M. Aguiar and his wife Stacey of Rehoboth, five grandchildren, Athena Levoie, Nicholas Aguiar, Alexis Medeiros, Andrew Lima and Kyle Lima. one great granddaughter, Rosella Levoie, two sisters, Lucia Santos and Maria Valadao, one brother, Manuel Meneses and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Martha Meneses.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at 11:00 AM in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 21 Traverse Street, Providence. Burial will be held in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Calling hours respectfully omitted. Donations in Mrs. Aguiar memory can be made to American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718.
